Mark Greenaway is a huge fan of the Edinburgh Restaurant Festival. He believes that it should be encouraged and continued year after year. It gives people the chance to truly experience the amazing dining scene that the city has to offer. In order to support the festival he has devised a three course menu of his signature dishes which will be available throughout the festival - this includes his Crab "Cannelloni", his infamous 11 Hour Slow Roasted Belly Pork and his Great British Menu 'Knot' Chocolate Tart. This will give Edinburgh Restaurant Festival guests a unique chance to experience the dishes that Mark is best known for.
