Experience the Edinburgh Restaurant Festival 8th-18th October

Mark Greenaway is a huge fan of the Edinburgh Restaurant Festival. He believes that it should be encouraged and continued year after year. It gives people the chance to truly experience the amazing dining scene that the city has to offer.  In order to support the festival he has devised a three course menu of his signature dishes which will be available throughout the festival - this includes his Crab "Cannelloni", his infamous 11 Hour Slow Roasted Belly Pork and his Great British Menu 'Knot' Chocolate Tart. This will give Edinburgh Restaurant Festival guests a unique chance to experience the dishes that Mark is best known for.

Edinburgh Restaurant Festival Menu

 DINNER £25 - includes a welcome drink
(The dinner menu is available to tables sitting down between 5.30pm and 6.30pm)


Crab "Cannelloni" - Smoked Cauliflower Custard, Lemon Pearls, Herb Butter, Baby Coriander


Main Course 
11 Hour Slow Roasted Clash Farm Belly Pork - Spiced Fillet, Pomme Purée, Savoy Cabbage, Toffee Apple Jus


Mark's Great British Menu "Knot" Chocolate Tart - Custard Jelly, Frozen Cookies, Crème Fraîche Parfait, Salted Caramel, Kumquat Purée
