Mark Greenaway Further Afield

1. About us

Mark Greenaway Further Afield is a 4-course restaurant experience for two delivered to your home.


2. What we offer

Each dish is prepared by our chefs for you to enjoy and will require further preparation at home in accordance with our step by step instruction cards.

Please note that all our packaging is all eco-friendly, recyclable and bio-degradable and therefore food containers cannot go in the microwave.

All allergens can be found on the QR code on the instruction cards. You are required to inform us of any dietary requirements at the point of ordering.

Please note that alcohol can only be included with collection and local deliveries only.


3. Prices

The price of goods charged shall be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order with us.

The food products contained within the product are zero VAT rated. 20% VAT is added to all alcohol products calculated at cost price.


4. Age Verification

It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for any person under the age of 18.


5. Collection Service

Collection will be available between 12-3pm from Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH1 2AB. Please ring the doorbell and a member of our team will bring your box to you.


6. How we deliver

Local deliveries to postcodes EH1 – 17 will be carried out by members of our team and will arrive between 12-3pm on your selected Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Mainland UK deliveries are carried out by DPD and will arrive before 12 noon on your selected Friday.

No collection service is available. 


7. Order Policy

Orders need to be placed 5 days before the delivery date. We only deliver on select days of the week. Our website will have the current dates available.

Any orders made less than 5 days before delivery date cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be made at management discretion in this circumstance.


8. Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Further Afield meal for a legitimate reason such as the box was missing ingredients, the box was damaged or the box did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.

For any request of a refund, we must receive photographic evidence of damaged goods before refunds can be arranged.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment was received.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.

If we cannot make contact with the recipient or the customer, through no fault of our own or the customer does not contact us, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if we have tried all possible methods to fulfil the order and regrettably a refund/replacement cannot be given. Any remedy will be discretionary.
