‘Mark Greenaway at the Haweswater Hotel’ is a fine dining restaurant offering expertly crafted and refined tasting and al a carte menus, encapsulating the very essence of effortless creative elegance, reflecting Mark’s ethos of seasonal, local produce in a truly picturesque location.
Star dishes include enticing new creations alongside some of his signature dishes such as BBQ shiitake mushrooms on toast or 11-hour slow roast pork belly and indulgent sticky toffee pudding soufflé as demonstrated by the chef on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
The new fine dining restaurant at the Haweswater will maintain a luxury look and feel, with updated décor featuring a few of Mark’s personal accents.
