Edinburgh Evening News 15 - Smoked Salmon Cannelloni with Sauce Gribiche

The beautiful filling of smoked salmon is a great substitute for the typical ragu you would normally find inside cannelloni. I've used thinly sliced smoked salmon as a pasta substitute to wrap around the filling, so it’s not technically a cannelloni, more my interpretation of it!
