Chef Mark Greenaway Announces New Restaurant Opening in Covent Garden
The long-awaited announcement of Mark Greenaway’s new upscale restaurant, set in the heart of Covent Garden, is over! We have managed to keep our lips sealed (just) for the last six months; however, now is the time to burst the door wide open and introduce Chef Mark’s incredible new concept, Pivot, set to open at the beginning of September.
Located on the first floor of the multi-storey venue, 3 Henrietta Street, Pivot boasts spectacular views over the Covent Garden Piazza - something you all need to see! Having established himself as one of Scotland’s most revered chefs, Mark will be bringing his imaginative cooking style and passion for using the best in British and Scottish produce to London.
Pivot is a restaurant that totally reinvents itself every month. Offering two menus following the seasons and reflecting the availability of produce, guests can enjoy either a 4-course choice menu and a 6-course set menu.

The exciting modern British menu will be using only the top UK suppliers. It will be showcasing the ingredients in a way that will create an unforgettable experience for diners, with a beautiful dining space focused around an open kitchen, as well as a chefs-counter which will be the prime spot for guests, giving a real sense of the action.
